Are your products suitable for all dogs?

Our products are suitable for many dogs, but fit and suitability depend on your dog’s size, build, and behaviour. We always recommend checking product descriptions, size guides, and fit information carefully before purchasing.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes sizing or fit guidance where applicable. We recommend measuring your dog carefully and comparing those measurements to the information provided on the product page.

Can my dog move or lie down while using travel gear?

This depends on the specific product and how it is used. Many travel products are designed to allow limited movement for comfort while helping reduce excessive movement during travel.

We currently ship within South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier factors outside our control.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
