If your return meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our standard return procedures and timelines.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Our money-back guarantee does not cover:

Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
